the shipping and return policies. Please read them carefully. For the sake of this document, AirlessUSA,
AirlessUSA.com, and Airless Repair Center refer to the same entity.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated to the best of our ability when you place an order. On occasion the price of shipping may be more
than the amount you paid through our website. This can be due to software issues, miscalculations, sudden rate changes etc.
If this does occur we will contact you and inform you of the additional charges to your order for shipping. At that point
you may choose to cancel your order entirely or pay the additional charges owed for shipping. We will not, however, be
liable or required to ship the item to you at the price or method quoted and/or charged to you via the website.
We always attempt to ship your item(s) by the next business day in which it is ordered. However, an item can become back ordered or require
special ordering from the manufacturer. If your order requires an unusual amount of time to fulfill we may contact you to inform
you of this, however this would be done as a courtesy and we are not obligated to do so.
Shipping costs that are quoted to you on the website often include handling charges. Shipping rates may not align exactly with
our carrier's quotes for this reason. Handling charges can include, but are not limited to: packing material, time required
to fulfill your order, carrier pickup charges, insurance, and/or signature confirmations.
Returns
AirlessUSA.com generally sells parts that need installation to be functional. For this reason, we generally do not accept
returns. Any exception to this rule has to be made by contacting us via an e-mail stating the reason for the return, when
you purchased the item(s), and if you have opened the packaging or not. We will respond and let you know whether or not
we authorize your return. We reserve to right to refuse to accept returns for any reason.
If your return is authorized by AirlessUSA, you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. These
costs will in no way be refunded or reimbursed to you as they are your responsibility if you wish to return the item(s).
Requests for returns or exchanges on items sold more than 14 days prior to the request date will not be considered.
By placing your order through our site you expressly agree to these terms regarding our shipping and return policies.
